Section 61.3 Disposition versions

61.3. In respect of a road vehicle in the category of road vehicles referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.1.1, the following acquisition duty, based on engine displacement, is payable to obtain the registration of the vehicle:

(1)  $58 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 4 to 4.9 litres;

(2)  $115 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $232 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

61.3. In respect of a road vehicle in the category of road vehicles referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.1.1, the following acquisition duty, based on engine displacement, is payable to obtain the registration of the vehicle:

(1)  $56.25 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 4 to 4.9 litres;

(2)  $112 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $225 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

61.3. In respect of a road vehicle in the category of road vehicles referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.1.1, the following acquisition duty, based on engine displacement, is payable to obtain the registration of the vehicle:

(1)  $54.50 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 4 to 4.9 litres;

(2)  $109 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $218 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

(2)  $106 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $212 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

(2)  $105 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $209 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

(2)  $103 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $205 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

(2)  $101 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $202 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.

61.3. In respect of a road vehicle in the category of road vehicles referred to in the first paragraph of section 2.1.1, the following acquisition duty, based on engine displacement, is payable to obtain the registration of the vehicle:

(1)  $50 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 4 to 4.9 litres;

(2)  $100 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 5 to 5.9 litres;

(3)  $200 for a vehicle equipped with an engine with a displacement of 6 litres or more.
